Nice employees. Have enjoyed coming here. Did not really get too much of a clear explanation on any fees that would arise from sole owner transfer, understandable if we were instructed although I ended up paying $150 in fees when all we did was switch the vehicle to my wife’s name. Not happy. New plates and cancellation fee that I find out going to another autopac the next day. Will go elsewhere moving forward. If anyone comes here ask for a detailed explanation for every step, not just answering questions
