They do not know their job requirements when transferring any OOP licenses or in general. Initially, I went through them to do a straight change from OOP license, the lady serving me seemed a little annoyed that I brought all my documents with me, when I asked for a time line on processing she said and emphasized "IF MPI accepts your OOP change you will see it in 4-6 weeks." When I asked why they wouldn't she said that its up to MPI. Yeah there was no issue. I was not informed that I should have had my insurance history, as it was not on the website nor in person when I went to change my license over. I went in there today with instructions from MPI regarding driving history and was told initially that I would have to follow up when I said I was fine doing that they then told me that they couldn't fax it in as "they do not know the fax number". They then provided me an address to an MPI service centre. When I spoke them they said they absolutely can fax it in and they should have taken the documents without issue as it is apart of their job. I cannot advise that you stay away from this place. If they cannot understand how to do their job with MPI then they may mess up and cost you.

Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service! I recently had an incredibly unpleasant experience with a certain service provider, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect I encountered during my interaction with them was truly astonishing. To begin with, their lack of professionalism was evident from the moment I reached out to them. The staff seemed disinterested and did not provide me with the assistance I needed. It was clear that they lacked the necessary knowledge and expertise to handle customer inquiries effectively. Furthermore, the disrespect I experienced was completely uncalled for. Not only were they unhelpful, but they also displayed a dismissive and rude attitude towards me. Their tone was condescending, and they showed no regard for my concerns or questions. What baffles me the most is that I cannot comprehend why they are even in business. The way they treated me made me question their competence and their understanding of customer service. It is essential for any service provider to prioritize professionalism, respect, and customer satisfaction, qualities that were glaringly absent in this case. To top it all off, the call was abruptly ended by the representative, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. This lack of basic telephone etiquette further exemplified their unprofessional conduct. In conclusion, my experience with this particular service provider was deeply disappointing. Their unprofessionalism, disrespect, and lack of knowledge have left me questioning their credibility and wondering why they are in business. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company if they value professionalism and respectful customer service. Rating: 1 out of 5 stars

Such a Disgusting and rude staff deal with customers, today on 28th May 2024 i went there to apply Car registration with Bank documents and House lease agreements, the Staff I guess from Philippine she literally throw my car documents and just started interrogation like a Immigration officer where i come from where is work permit and passport why i use house lease documents like i handover format why i don't follow other format where my house owner stayed, what is his number why he stayed in same house like he give me space in ground floor bla bla and her face showing very bad expressions same like a extreme racist person....really feel so annoyed i won't recommend anyone to even think about this shop anymore you might burn you money and time but don't even think to go there...!! You will really regret it.
