Had my class 5 road test there. Arrived earlier than my appointment because I was anxious and I was prepared to wait a long time, but I had everything done super fast, barely waited longer than I had to - I left earlier than expected. Everyone that helped me in the process was efficient and helpful. The examiner was fair and explained me all my mistakes at the test. I feel like most bad reviews mirrors the person’s frustration about not passing the test, not always how they were treated. It was a hard test, their parallel parking spot is short, leaving the facility is hard because the road had poor visibility, the streets nearby have a lot of traffic. Still, it’s manageable and many pass on their first try.

I would like to thanks instructor ARKAPY. He was so humble and professional. The instructions were so clear and he made me to drive safe. My first test was at Main Street lady was so rude and unprofessional while giving instructions.

I recently visited this location and encountered a troubling issue. During my visit, I inadvertently left my phone at the reception desk. After realizing it was missing, I conducted a thorough search but was unable to locate it. Interestingly, my phone was later found in a suspicious manner. This situation has led me to be concerned about the security practices at the reception. While I am not pointing fingers directly, I believe this incident highlights the need for enhanced security and monitoring measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the overall safety and security at your establishment.

Had my first road test successfully passed in this centre. the male instructor was very simple and straightforward to all the tasks assigned for me.

I'd like to give special Thanks to Ms Sherry at this MPI who did an outstanding job solving a situation I had with a vehicle I purchased in Alberta and taxes had been changed twice. Ms Sherry, THANK YOU SO MUCH for being an amazing person and in your Job.
