ONE Insurance - Winnipeg (Kildonan) 1115 Gateway Road

I highly recommend ONE Insurance Company in Winnipeg, particularly for their exceptional employee, Prabh. Her professionalism, expertise, and dedication set a high standard. Prabh's customer service skills are outstanding, making every interaction smooth and reassuring. Her commitment truly enhances the company's reputation and customer satisfaction.

The Gateway location closed ten minutes early and wouldn’t let any other customers in. I waited to see if they’d unlock their door but they didn’t. There were at least five other people outside with me before closing time. One, the proper thing to do is keep your doors unlocked until 5:00 and then lock them at that time. And then stay after to take care of those customers who were there before closing time… like most other stores, etc. do. And especially since it is a long weekend and pay day for many, you can bet people were needing some last minute long weekend insurance. Not cool at all, One Insurance.

Very disappointed with their service,, They didn’t even ask to justify documents and reported MPI . But MPI helped out anyway. Staff should know to completely process file by themselves and double check with client before making any decisions…

If there was an option I would have given them -5. Hate to give them 1 star. 2 Indian women working there will treat you with such an attitude as if they are making us a favour helping us. Don’t even bother going there.
