Just thought I would take a moment to say thanks to Pooja for her help. I am older (and a little grumpy at times) but she made my visit to get medical insurance pleasant. I left a happy customer.

When we had gone, we were seen by Billi. She was very helpful and made everything so easy for us which helped since it was our first time getting tenants insurance. She made everything easy to understand and walked us through everything step of the process to find the best plan for us.

I purchased travel insurance with Shania. She was very helpful and friendly :) Overall a great experience and will definitely look into switching over my other insurance needs to this location !
