Customer service is difficult feel to be in and it’s nice to see An employee like Jake greet his customers with a lot of enthusiasm and kindness. My experience there was great. Super friendly and helpful. Although it was almost closing time, Jake was more than happy to complete the insurance transactions. I did not feel rushed at all.

this place has lost me over $100 in NSF fees. i visited twice this month to pay my insurance, the first time I was genuinely short and I don’t fault them for that. my second visit was physically and in person. there was no issue with the transaction and i have a physical receipt. following this I received a final notice for my registration and am again expected to pay? and a larger amount? i visited the branch on kenaston and had my issue resolved in less than 5 minutes. i strongly recommend them as an alternative

We visited Winnipeg Insurance for a new leased vehicle. The staff were incredibly helpful and precise with their information especially considering that we required extra insurance (gap insurance) on a leased vehicle with no down payment. The staff were exceptionally clear with the information and we purchased MPI insurance and separate gap insurance for our leased vehicle.
