What a joke, I cant believe I use these people for insurance. The guy I talked to told me I would be able to get a temp permit refunded since I just bought it and was putting permanent insurance on the vehicle. After going to a different location that was closer to me they told me that I could not do that and then proceeded to tell me I was lying because the location I talked to was "closed" that day. Which was not the case and I proved such as my call logs were presented to them . Then they said oh , well we still cant help you. Pathetic service. I will be looking into a more professional and accurate company
