Too bad, I filed a claim, but for 10 days calls went unanswered and emails went unanswered.

Bad experience with them when filing a claim. They tried to seriously low ball me on the amount for my vehicle, waited 4 days more... then I had to return my rental before money was even processed so I was out a car, money even though I pay extra for this. Not impressed and I will be changing companies filed a complaint and no one even called me back. Horrible customer service

It works but would not be my first choice.

I've had house and car insurance for almost 20 years never made a claim on my house insurance once until I had my garage broken into. I pressed charges had them plead guilty and now insurance does not want to pay out for items still missing. asking for transcripts and pictures of everything I owned. it is absolutely rediculous. I would leave a zero star review if I could

Wawnessa is the WORST company to deal with. They are cheap and they also provide you with cheap service. When you open a claim expect it to take 10 years plus. They have the worst staff and are not helpful at all and rude. They do anything to not have to pay your medical. They will put after market used parts on your new car that should have been a write off after someone hits you! They even cut off my insurance and did not tell me because I opened a claim. I drove over 8 months with no insurance and had no idea. Do not go cheap if you even need it they will let you stay injured and give you such a hard time/ your vehicle will not get fixed. If you need it it is not there to use. Research your company and ask for recommendations from people/ friends. You do not want to use this company.
