Heustis has been my insurance broker for 15 years. Always have fantastic service and friendly, helpful staff. I had to make one claim during the time I have been with them and they made the process very easy.

Excellent service and freindly...i want to apologise for my unacceptable behavoir and language in a conversation with a lady earlier in the week..i am so sorry..it was and is unacceptable behavoir and i am truly sorry for my childish actions..and thank u for handling it proffesionally..i did not deserve to be treated fairly when i was so rude..sorry again.

I have been with these guys for 4 years (approx.) after switching as my previous insurer (of 10 years plus) wanted 3 times as much for full bike insurance. We have 7 vehicles (including boat, trailer, sled) and our house insured there now. The negative reviews seem to be from one person (similar name/complaint/wording) and I have had the exact opposite treatment. Two claims, settled within days with no issues (over the top customer service from Intact actually) and always prompt and professional whenever I deal with them-including today! Very competitive prices, too as with a house and that many vehicles (including a bike) I shopped around a lot! They were recommended by a friend and I have recommended them to others, who have all been happy. I couldn't be any happier with these guys.

After my father passed, I contacted them for insurance on his mobile home. I provided Amanda with everything she asked for and was told she would reach out in a few days, after several unreturned emails I called and she was on vacation, I was told I would be the first call she made when she was back, well, a couple more unreturned emails, a couple of unreturned calls and voicemails, and a month later I decided to go elsewhere. Very poor customer service, especially, with them knowing the circumstances as to why I was searching to begin with. At the very least they could respond to an email.
