As someone who was previously an insurance broker, I was so surprised by the way I was treated by the lady Callista. I initially called a week before my two policies were going to expire and she sent me a bunch of questions to which I spent 10-15 mins of my time filling out. I never received a call back. I called a few days before my policy was going to expire and she told me she was too busy, questioned whether I was looking around and was suspicious that I hadn’t been shopping. Then proceeeded to tell me that Cain is not competitive and I should really just go somewhere else. I basically told her I was likely going to switch but she didn’t take the time to review my policy. Similar to other reviews, seems like they aren’t interested in new business.

Initial connection was good, communication was satisfactory. Now that I am a client, communication has essentially ceased, have not received paper copies of commercial auto or liability policies (over 2 months) and I cannot reach my broker via email or phone.

Very bad impression. It feels like they not interested in new clients. I was looking for a insurance quote and was calling them for a couple days. The person who was able to give me a quote was unavailable and didn't call me back as receptionist promised. I don't even want to think about how hard it might be to get the clame.

Luke and Dan look after their customers like I have never seen. When you need a claim dealt with... you will be glad you picked them to help! Incredible service... 6 stars.

Cain completely ignores you. Not only will you not receive good service, you won't receive ANY service. They let you pay them & pay them, take your $ & won't even respond to you ever in any way. Go elsewhere, please.
