Will not recommend for new comers to Canada. They will quote you one premium but the final premium which will be deducted would be higher as the insurance company will be rating you on a different level which they are not aware of. They will also not be compensating you because you will have signed a paperwork which protects them in case something like this happens.

Do not recommend for home and auto insurance. Very disappointed with their customer service. Our broker was unable to provide quotes in a timely matter and did not reply to our cancellation request.

A friend of my husband introduced us Broker link. When we bought a new car we approached to the Broker link(mountain road) and an agent Nancy got connected to us who always blow her own horns by saying that she is the part of this industry from last 28yrs. My husband explained her the situation, his expectation and also mentioned the quotation which he received from the other company. We were just numbers for her, all she wanted to get her $142 fees without processing all the information which still costing us more than we ever thought.

At first I shopped around, about 6 companies, then Sonnet and Archway is the final 2 options. Sonnet gave me quite a competitive premium compare to Archway, but after looking at the reviews and rating on Better Business Bureau and their facebook which is very bad, I switched back to Ms. Donna Byers of Archway whom i first contacted several months ago, because I am the fan of the sentence "You get what you pay for". Donna was very responsive and patient, we mostly contacted via email. On the day I took my car, It was a last minute call and she did her best to make sure I can drive the car home that day. So thank you very much. I hope we will have a long lasting mutual benefit.
