Always had such a great experience with CAA atlantic customer service agents. But today when I had a flat tire in middle of a highway and I called the 1800 call center number, the first agent hung up on me as she asked me to spell my name multiple times despite me repeating same thing over and over and eventually when I showed my frustration she just hung up. The second lady was no different....very rude and inconsiderate. Had to call third time and finally found someone named Jordan who was very kind and helpful. Why does it take 3 calls to get to speak to someone who treats you like a normal human being and does not just try to inflate their ego by not helping you. CAA customer service has become a joke, plus the wait time in non busy hours was 1.5 hours. Definitely the membership is not worth for me anymore!

We were on our way back to Ontario when our tire popped. We then called CAA and they sent a driver (Oliver) out to as really quickly. After putting the spare tire on for us we had left to complete our drive to Ontario from New Brunswick. Oliver later called to ask if we had made it to Fredericton and said to stop in at a Canadian tire to see if there was a tire there that we could switch out. We did end up finding a tire the right size and had it fixed by an amazing mechanic. Thank you again for all the help from CAA and the driver!

Great service provided by these people. Only issue I have ever had that is not favorable is like so many today they are always putting you on hold due to an abnormal amount of calls. They seem to be a little understaffed in the phone answering dept. Great service non the less

Canadian Freedoms – a year ago :

Absolutely brutal, for a service that's supposed to be there to help in a time of need doesn't put no effort into it. We had a flat , asking us a ton of questions than puts us on hold just to loose us then when calling back(this is after a 45 min talk and wait) took another 35 min on hold. It was raining we had kids with us and it was disgusting on their part. I'll find something better.

Was late one two payments and while trying to make a payment they said we canceled your coverage days ago. No notice email call or anything. Not worth the risk.
