Worst company ever. Especially dealing with Bethany….dont EVER!!! Get insurance with these people. Careless, arrogant, rude, selfish. Dealing waiting for months for a settlement with no end in site. Absolutely the worst company ever. Hope they go bankrupt and shut down.

I was in a not at fault accident over 4 weeks ago and Economical hasn't done a single thing. Economical hasn't sent proof of coverage to the adjuster so I'm paying out of pocket for my rental car even though I have rental car coverage. My vehicle is still sitting in the tow yard and has not been assessed so I have no idea if it is repairable or will be written off. And to make matters worse my rental car coverage only allows 4 weeks. It's already been 4 weeks. .Over 4 weeks. How can they justify this? It is an absolutely unacceptable way to conduct business. I have lost all faith in Economical as an insurance company.

It took almost 2 full months to finally get paid since someone hit me on the highway. My agent was always sick but no one else could talk to me so I had to wait several days for her and the slow appraisal of the vehicle.

I accidentally paid, for the full year in full, three days late and they cancelled me without warning. Now my premiums are 3 times higher because of the 'non-payment cancellation' on my history. All about the money here, no forgiveness or grace.

Worst insurance company ever. Avoid like the plague. Having coming from BC "economical" sounded like a nice idea. However "economical insurance" is a joke. You truly get what ya pay for with these chumps. Pay a few more dollars and go literally anywhere else for your insurance! Mademba is slow to respond, no care at all for delays and inconvenience they cause customers. Purely a number to these companies and one they could care less about the minute you need help. Been working for weeks with these clowns to close out/pay out a highly undervalued write off as well. It should've taken 48hours tops to complete process not going on 2 weeks now. What a joke! Avoid these people like the plague!
