Mike Campbell was great and Mike explained in familiar words the difference between a term insurance and a life insurance ! I went into the meeting thinking i was set for life but turns out it was just a 30-year term. He then set me up with a perfect policy that fits my student budget.

I never leave reviews, but I’ve been trying to reach someone for about 6 months now. Leaving messages and no one has ever called or emailed me back. Not impressed and once they have your business they are not helpful what so ever. Currently searching elsewhere because I’ve had enough.

I talked to Elle Sing. She answered all of my questions fast and effectively. She genuinely looked out for my best interests and talked with me until I felt comfortable. She is an amazing customer service representative and an wonderful asset to your team. She talked with me on multiple occasions, and worked around my busy schedule. Some of her strong points would be amazing customer service, comforting and gentle voice, very positive and happy, and explained everything thoroughly. I am so pleased with this customer service. Shes a rock star!

My adviser is Jenni! What can I say about Jenni other than she is extremely easy to talk to! She breaks in down in terms I understood, answered every question I had, and helped me get my family secured in the event that something tragic would happen. Jenni, is caring, knowledgeable and knows how to have a good laugh. It's a refreshing change from the everyday "suit and tie" reps I have encountered in the past.
