No empathy or concern when I had my car accident. I removed my services with them after they tried to strong arm me into paying a fee for not renewing my insurance. They pushed the blame on me stating that they could not reach me. I received no contact from them at anytime via telephone or email. Very poor customer service. Avoid!!
I regret dealing with them. They are selling car insurance packages that are optional, but saying it is mandatory. As a result, you will pay about 30% more.
Been with Anderson's for yrs now .Lorraine is the best highly recommend .Got best price in my vehicle insurance .
