We deal with Joey McTague and we have peace of mind knowing he knows our home, our policy and will pick up the phone to answer our questions. As new homeowners, having a REAL PERSON organize our insurance and all the relevant paperwork makes all the difference. I know I have someone I can call about questions I have regarding my policy, changes or updates to my home, and if you've ever tried to fill out forms for insurance companies or compare policies or decipher your own, you know it's MUCH SIMPLER to have someone who knows what they are doing. Would definitely recommend this real customer service in an era of automated phone menus and endless back-and-forth emails. Technology makes some things easy, but sometimes it's nice just knowing someone has the answers and is there to help you out.

It was a pleasure to cooperating with this insurance company! First of all, they provided me with the best price for an auto insurance among all companies I requested quotes from. Secondly, always fast responses. I worked with Ashley and she was here to help with all questions that I had as well as providing additional documents needed. Overall great experience and I will recommend McTague Insurance to everybody I know.

What an awful experience. I canceled my house insurance because of price increase, however the agent forgot to cancel it so 2 more months payments were taken out and I have to wait over 2 weeks to get my money returned!! Don't put your trust in these agents.

Had an awful experience with this company i closed my car insurance account with them back in February they said i had no balance owing, never received a bill, and spoke with them 4 or 5 times regarding putting me on my parents policy. Got a letter from collections, and when i called the broker to see why I was never notified even though i have called them, the brokers response was sometimes they don`t put two and two together unfortunately and that it is not their problem. (Edit) After my father spoke with my brokers supervisor the company took action and worked with us to get the issue resolved so kudos to them for that!
