Nothing but poor customer service and poor policy rates. Home insurance quote was more than double any of the other competitors. I also had two life policies with them, which I decided to cancel because I had a comparable policy elsewhere. It took FIVE months for them to follow up on my initial request to cancel (and many follow ups). All the while they continued to charge me hundreds of dollars and refused to backdate any refunds once they finally let me cancel my policy despite the long delay being 100% their fault. I totally regret having renewed my car insurance with them before all of this happened. Save yourself the trouble, and go with literally any other insurance provider.
Staff are prompt, professional and easy to deal with.
