I would give no stars if it were possible. Do not use this company as an insurance provider. I have been trying to reach them for 3 weeks for a driving Letter of Experience, something pretty simple. Local branch can’t provide the service so they pass you along to different phone numbers. No one answers those numbers and requests you to leave a message. That is also a waste of time as no one returns the call message.
