I was with Anthony Insurance. I have several bank accounts and use one for managing automatic payments. Due to a PayPal dispute, I was charged around $5,000 and my insurance payment wasn't available from that account. Anthony Insurance did not phone, text, or email to notify me or make me aware that a payment was not received. I was not aware there was any issues at all, in fact. The next month, I received a letter by mail which notified me that my insurance would be cancelled if I did not pay by a certain date. The date had already passed when I received the mail. Immediately, I called and tried to make it right with Anthony Insurance. The woman on the phone was rude and dismissive and condescending towards me and told me that because I contacted after the date listed in the posted mail they had sent me, there was nothing I can do. I asked why nobody had called, emailed, texted, or tried to communicate with me and she said (paraphrased) ' by law, they are required only to send mail.' Due to this ordeal, I am now on a 'did not pay' list - even though I paid immediately after I was made aware of the issue. This means that I get significantly worst rates on insurance. Belair Direct does not care about its clients - it won't even send an email or make a phone call to let their clients know there is an issue that needs to be fixed. They instead use and rely on Canada Post to deliver time sensitive information to their clients, which doesn't always arrive on time. By choosing Anthony Insurance, I now have to pay a lot more for insurance because of their negligence and indifference. Don't be like me. Choose another company, a company that will contact you if something seems off, or just simply cares about you. You never know when something unexpected may happen, and it never hurts to work with a company who wants to work together with you to solve problems and create a mutually beneficial relationship. Don't give your money to a company who won't respect you or your time. Don't give your money to Anthony Insurance.

I have been with Anthony insurance from the beginning of my driving times. Iv had nothing but great experiences from the pricing to the couple not at fault accidents. Highly recommend Anthony

Not the best price. Not the best service. Won't even call you about an issue unless there is something in it for them. Had my insurance canceled on me with no notice, other than just a letter, during a time when letters were held up during covid. Just to have them call me back and say sorry it was their issue and reinstate my policy. (after letting me drive around with no insurance for a month ) Happened to me again, so naturally I contact them. When I called and mentioned this same issue I had experienced three months prior, they essentially had 0 time to listen and just went on deaf mode assuming I was a degenerate or something. Rude on the phone, useless to talk to, will actively try to F you over if it helps them get off by 4:30 and have 0 interest in fixing any issues with you. Will go elsewhere most likely.

I’ve been with Anthony Insurance for the last 8 years and the customer service is phenomenal. They also have really excellent rates. I would highly recommend that people check them out
