Poor customer servicr, no return calls always having to call looking for a update on the account. When my car insurance and house is up this time it will not be with brotker link. They have the poorest customer service that i had to deal with regarding to insurance and yes my insurance is with intact so no market otherwise. Very poor customer service regarding to anything regarding tomyour insurance
Called Friday, April 12 and spoke to Cassandra. To say the very least, it was a wonderful experience. She was knowledgeable, empathetic, and treated me with the utmost respect. Although I was not able to achieve what I would like to have, however, it was a great customer service experience that I will not forget. And to all those companies who lack...that's how it's done!
