I had to call Johnson a two or three times in August to sort out some complications with my Mom's house insurance being switched to Belairdirect.The agent I originally spoke with was kind and patient and efficiently dealt with my questions. She went above and beyond my expectations when she contacted belairdirect on my behalf to forward some documentation that was required. A couple of weeks later I phoned again because there was a mistake on Mom's policy certificate, and again, the agents I spoke to were knowledgeable and friendly and efficiently took care of the issue. I am impressed!

Excellent customer service. Agent was very fast and efficient. Handled my request . Made me feel like a valuable customer and made me feel at ease while changing my policy. I would highly recommend this insurance company . They are very helpful and considerate to your needs and make sure you fully understand your policy

My father just recently passed away and he had tenants insurance with Johnson. I called to cancel, I was speaking with Dylan, I was told I would need to get a lawyer to name me executor in order to proceed with cancelation. I explained my father did not have an "estate" and I was his only next of kin. Once again I was told next of kin isn't legal and would need lawyer in order to cancel a $21/month payment. So I asked, if I don't do that what happens? He said I would be sent a bill for the money owed. My response was if I have no legal right to cancel because I'm not executor, then what legal right do they have to demand payment from me? In these tough times they were of NO HELP!!

I am always pleased with the customer service that Johnson Insurance provides. They have competitive prices (which is why I switched in the beginning) but they continue to impress me with knowledgeable, friendly & efficient staff representatives that get the job done. I recommended Johnson Insurance to a family member just this morning. I give them a A++ 5 star rating!!!

Literally a scam, me and my partner have been paying for coverage for years and now that we need to use it they refuse to cover anything, we have full coverage but they have told us that we dont, even though we oay through the nose to have that coverage. We tried calling for WEEKS and then kepts hanging up on us and telling us that a manager would call us back, they didnt. they also claim to have sent us emails about it, they didnt. Bring your business elsewhere, or catch your momey on fire, its better use of it.
