The reason why I am rating this company a 1 star is because of multiple reasons let's start with the first reason I had started with this company in my town and one day they decided they would up and close the office here in my town without notice to their customers now the office is an hr highway driving away so that's an inconvenience for the second reason trying to get hold of them on the phone is like talking to the floor I will get a quicker response that's if I get one because more then half the time you have to leave a Voicemail and then the person that you do leave the Voicemail too does not get back to you and for the final decision not to go with the company is point blank they will try to get you the best quote understanding but when they put you with a company that wants double payments up front and your not aware of the change then that's what's really frustrating because then you have them taking double payments out of your account when they should only be taking single payments and then your out money cause it bouncing in your bank or your just out money point blank cause you didn't know you had to pay double payments because you didn't know they were changing your rate until you get the paperwork in the mail 2-3 weeks later. on that note definitely don't recommend this broker lots better places out there RBC insurance seems to be good would highly recommend them.

After calling a dozen times and leaving my number. I still haven't heard back. They obviously don't want new business. Terrible company!!!

God forbid you ever have an accident while insured by these guys, they wont answer calls, nobody knows who can tell you anything, they never respond to message or emails. Very happy to take your money, but wont provide the service when you need it. Been over two months since I wrote off my car and march 29 was the last time I heard the check was sent, its april 29th now, still no check, and cannot get a response to any of my calls or emails to see whats going on. Nobody has an answer to who tp direct me to.

dont bother they dont seem to want new business...not fery pleasant on the phone...very disappointed...not friendly at all!!
