I've worked for Admiral for just over 2 years now and have found that they "walk the talk" when it comes to supporting their employees and offering a great work/life balance. It's a very supportive and positive corporate culture, driven from the top down. The staff benefits are excellent and with 4 weeks of paid vacation on day one, with an additional 2 weeks able to be earned in flexi-time, it allows me to spend lots of time with my family.

I started at Admiral almost 5 years ago; straight from university and unsure what I really wanted for a career. I felt welcome here from the start, with a strong support system and true "family feel". The company has fostered my growth and development since, allowing me to continuously learn and feel fulfilled. Admiral is also truly a one-of-a-kind workplace with benefits that are hard to find. I feel like I am really taken care of with our health and wellbeing benefits and pension contribution plan. I also enjoy our early schedule and generous time off, which promotes a positive work-life balance.

After four years I’m still continually shocked but how much I actually enjoy my job. Overall Admiral has been a great career move for me and it is made even better by some truly incredible people, great benefits, and fun work environment (even if Covid has made the latter a bit more challenging — but hey, working from home has its perks too!)
