After being with an insurer for 30 years, I moved to Allstate recently. Had an amazing experience working with Jordan McKay to get a very competitive quote, saving me money. Jordan is very responsive, articulate and knows the products well. We were able to find the solutions for me and he provided with an amazing detailed quote. Signing on was even easier with a very smooth process. Good service seems to be hard to find so when I experience it, I like to share it. Jordan's service was exceptional. Allstate is lucky to have him as an employee.

My personal experience with Jordan referred by a friend was by far the most exceptional service I had had in awhile. Called to just formally introduce and touch base as am actively looking to buy a car since moving here. Asked if I had 15 minutes to gather some information to run some quotations for the different make/model cars I was considering during our search. Also got me the same terms for tenant insurance but saving 25%. Respectful, diligent and profession is what you can expect from Jordan. Began referral clients to Jordan, knowing that they will be in great care. Even took my call while golfing on his birthday weekend to help me find a local mechanic. Thank you Jordan.

It was my pleasure to speak to Matthew today. I have been trying to get through to Allstate for about a week now with no success regarding an urgent matter. Matthew was the only person that answered my call even though he was not working today. Matthew took care of everything for me and I am very grateful to him. I really didn't want to leave this review for Matthew, but I feel I have no choice — he's just been so great to deal with since day one —always answers his phone — he was basically on the way to a hospital to have a new baby and answered the phone! While his wife might have had strong words for him during and after, my family certainly only has kind and positive words for Matt. They say in life you need a great mattress, a great dentist, and a great insurance agent. I say you only need a great insurance agent, cause if you find one, they can recommend great dentists and mattresses. Matthew always answers his phone, deals with whatever insurance question or a task I bestow upon him right then and there and I know I can always count on him. Allstate has been excellent to deal with, despite their overwhelm with recent floods, fires and hurricanes. I understand this might not be everyone's experience and perhaps we lucked out. Matthew is excellent at his job — which is why I did not want to recommend him in the first place — being so good he might just get too busy and become less good, but he assured me his new assistant is awesome and I look forward to dealing with Matthew for years to come.
