Absolutely horrible company. After I got my insurance with them I had a simple question to ask. I tried contacting them via their website to no avail. They never responded. I called the Halifax office. Miraculously the receptionist answered, but she lost her patience with me and not even letting me finish my first sentence bounced me back to the auto choice options. I tried calling her back two more times and every time she would give me attitude and put me on infinite hold. Horrible service. I trued other offices across the country - it is impossible to talk to anybody. And I just wanted to verify my insurance policy. Avoid this broken at all cost!
Impossible to get in touch with anyone here, have been calling for over a week, multiple times a day, left dozens of messages, no one will call me back. Avoid dealing with this company at all costs.
