TD Insurance Auto Centre 172 Chain Lake Dr

Took my car in a few months ago for a ding on rear quarter panel, and today while washing the car I noticed some scratches that weren’t there before. If you have a claim with TD, DO NOT get the repairs done with them! Take your car to a reputable shop.( see pic where it seems they almost used a crowbar to remove the window and didn’t even attempt to hide their mess, and the paint is poorly applied in other spots). I wish I had inspected the car more carefully when I picked it up. I will drop in the week and see if they will offer to rectify their shoddy work and update this review.

After being a customer for 7 years, and with over 10 year accident-free, these crooks wanted an absolutely sickening amount for monthly insurance on our newest vehicle. We called around and managed to find a better deal for LESS THAN HALF of that TD wanted per month. They have zero respect for customer loyalty and blatantly try to rip their customers off. Make sure you shop around before choosing TD as your auto insurance!

My name is Jordon Oakley and I'm writing in on behalf of myself and multiple ppl as per all the 1-3 start google reviews about this particular office. I don’t know what it is with these ladies that make them think they can disrespect customers the way they do is baffling to me. I dropped my bmw off at Keizer’s to have it repaired so needed a rental car which was reserved already through enterprise. Brianna Hunt assumed I wasn’t picking my car up and instead of calling me to check cancelled the reservation. I was stranded without a vehicle missed an entire shift at work and had to walk 2 hours home and then two hours back to pick the rental up the following day after it was sorted it out by someone on the phone after 45 minutes waiting. To Make matters worst Brianna didn’t feel the need to tell me I was getting a new adjuster leaving me no contact information or anyone to get a hold of when I was stranded. My new adjuster Chantel Piercy threatened me and didn’t listen to any of my concerns or what I had to say and automatically sided with Brianna as that entire office consists of a bunch of immature high school girls that do nothing, but gossip and cause problems with their customers. I’ve requested a new adjuster as I will not be speaking to either of them again as Ive been threatened multiple times and their service is the absolute worst. This is the absolute most disgusting experience I’ve seen in my 30 years on this planet dealing with insurance companies. I will stay away from this spot in the future as it’s an awful environment for you to have your vehicle fixed and it gives TD a terrible name. This is the first auto claim I've had in 15 years and let me tell you what a horrible and infuriating experience. Thank you Jordon

Pricier insurance in Nova Scotia. I don't recommend it to anyone. They went 4 times higher price in 2 years. From 91$ to 414.

TD insurance was great. I highly recommend them, the staff was polite,friendly,respectful,and I was able to understand them clearly and then they could understand my english as well
