Tasha was simply amazing! She found me a more affordable policy with all the coverage I need. She was very efficient at her job. She always kept in communication with me and answered all my questions. She even did a spread sheet showing the breakdown of each policy and any differences there may have been. This was all done without me even asking . I would recommend anyone to use Bauld insurance but specifically ,ask for Tasha! Excellent customer service

I've been with Bauld insurance for many years and at a time when insurance rates are increasing I get a call from Stacey Vallis from the Bauld office to tell me that she had been comparing rates between companies. My insurance was coming up for renewal and she had found some substantial savings for me if I was ok to make a switch. I saved approximately 20%, I couldn't believe it. Stacey didn't have to do this but she went above and beyond, talk about great customer service, I so very much appreciated it. Thank you so much Stacey!!!!

Tasha Comish notified me of a very attractive alternative to our existing home and auto insurance provider, then spent considerable time on the phone to explain the pros and cons of the two providers. She didn't try to sell me on either, but ensured that my wife and I had all the information needed to make a quality decision. We've gone with the new provider - at a savings of over $1,000 for the 12-month policies!
