Horrible unprofessional service. They are rude and highly incompetent. Stay away from this place.
Between over pricing, and never responding to their customers - I'm surprised they are still open. Ben was great - after he went away, everything else went downhill. If you want good customer service, be sure to go elsewhere. I'm still dealing with the mess they made.
I called my broker 7 times with no response. I'm surprised I got service from this company. Natasha was my broker and she never answers her phone. Avoid this place at all costs. They take your money and give you terrible service. I've gotten better serive at mcdonalds.
Avoid this place . They never return calls if you have a problem . If you want to buy insurance they call you back in less than 5 minutes .
After years of dealing with the same company, its upsetting that it has now been the worse I've dealt with. Between lack of response, misleading and incorrect information, and crazy rates, I'm sad to say that I wouldn't recommend.
