Pathetic is the word to describe their service. I experienced long holds on the phone and was constantly promised callbacks that never happened. If you are considering buying insurance from them, please look elsewhere. You will only encounter frustration with this company. I don't know how they are 4.2 on their ratings

10/10 Always find that all employees show they really care and want to help in any way they can! They take the time to explain things and answer any questions you have. It’s always nice to find great customer service skills!

Although I miss dealing with one agent assigned to my account, they always deliver in a timely manner so I have no complaints.

After being on hold for 30 minutes I got through to a broker. Went through my information and what I needed. She said she’d get me the best rates and call me back in an hour or two. Never got a call. I called them back, after waiting on hold for another 30 minutes. I got another broker. Explained what happened. She said we had to start all over again. The exact same thing happened again with this broker. No call back. Called a third time and the lady was extremely rude. Took my business elsewhere.

After 40+ years of dealing with the same insurer it appears that price gouging was their new mantra. While shopping for a new insurer we discovered Archway Insurance, in particular Lisa Parsons. We were extremely pleased with the time and effort she gave us to understand the product and answer any and all of our questions. I can honestly say that we understand insurance better than ever before. So much so we signed up on the spot and said farewell to our 40+ relationship.
