The worst insurance broken I have ever had. Would never communicate if a policy was changing. Would never call back or respond to emails. I do not recommend
Their service and promptness of response, and more importantly, the knowledge and experience of the agent who has handled my insurance for more than two decades keeps me coming back every year for all my automotive, household and marine insurance needs. Linda is amazing and deals with all my questions effectively.
Pretty much what you would expect from an insurance broker. They will try and get you as good a price as they can find. I recommend going in when you can, as my only real complaint is that they don't return phone calls very well. Been here for years, and have not had much issue.
