Crooks!!!!! This company asked for a letter to cancel the policy- we sent this right away in June. It is now September and they are constantly giving the run around of “our computers were not working so we had issues” okay? What are you doing to correct this? They confirm after MULTIPLE phone calls (at least 10) that they have cancelled the policy and a cheque is in the mail for over $700 worth of premiums they have taken since we asked for cancellation. We checked the mail, and what do we have (not a cheque) but a renewal letter indicating the change is effective for September and the price (higher) are you kidding me? This company REFUSES to cooperate and do their due diligence. They are incompetent, and untrustworthy. We cannot get anyone to answer the phone since. This company is AWFUL, and I suggest you steer clear at all costs!! Thieves!! Beyond disappointed. We have been through hell and back, and nobody will make this right. We feel completely taken advantage of, and disgusted with how this “company” operates. We will be going to the better business bureau. SHAME on them!!!!!!

I’ve been insured through the AA Munro brokerage for nearly two years now. My personal experience, It has been nothing but a complete hassle and headache trying to get ahold of anyone for anything since day 1. They won't answer any calls or messages. Trying to change a policy and nobody answers the phone or returns emails. I will be cancelling my insurance with you ASAP.

I have been a client of AA Munro Insurance for over 30 years and have always had excellent auto insurance feedback.
