Had MASSIVE ISSUES with the Greenwood branch. Decided to call up this branch for help as a last ditch effort. I wish I remember the ladies name, she was a supervisor of some sort/head of the area. AMAZING. Helped me understand what on earth was going on, admitted their fault in canceling my policy. Helped me get a new quote also! Thank you very much for putting this to bed. Stay clear of the Greenwood branch lol. Lesson learnt!
