Left on hold forever then told the local office was closed for the day. Round 2 and after another long wait, they hung up. Poor service.

Had a great experience for 10 years with Bluenose then without notice was switch to broker link after a buyout.. now i cant call the local office only a call center, wait times are 40 minutes to speak to a broker who barely speaks english, is unknowledgeable and cant advise or rush anything 5 days now i havent heard from my broker or insurance company after a not at fault accident thats left me out of work and without a vehicle
