If I could give negative stars I would. Stay away from this company at all cost. I was hit by somebody who ran a red, and dealing with this claim has been an absolute nightmare from day 1. Multiple mistakes from my original incompetent adjuster.. she “quit” mid claim after ghosting me for 3 plus weeks and I was not even informed I had no adjuster mid claim…. They made multiple mistakes for my claim and I ended up paying the price$$$$$. If you are with this company and have to put a claim through, GET A LAWYER. I believe if I had one from the beginning I wouldn’t have been screwed around or had to pay hundreds of dollars myself for an accident I was not at fault for. Pay the extra money a month and go with a different insurance company. if you’re considering aviva RUNNNN. Myself, and my entrie family and extended family have switched from aviva after this ordeal.

Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Slow to respond, indifferent to customers, claims advisors are overloaded with claims and couldn’t help you if they wanted. They wouldn’t even provide a claim form and told me to call my broker. Was in an accident (not at fault) and they made my life hell. Weeks of driving a beat up car stressed and waiting for Aviva to sort themselves out. Told me to pay deductible until they could find time to sort out claim. Nope! They Kept forgetting to send the paperwork to the right garage, didn’t check police report initially. just mess everything up, you are a number and that’s it!! Pay the extra 10$ a month and go elsewhere! Save yourself

Terrible company. Always issues, sent a registered letter saying my insurance is being canceled after asking if I would have any problems and was told no. Do not recommend this company for any form of insurance and if you are insured I recommend changing companies to relieve future B.S.

Horrible company - treat everyone as a number. Wife received a speeding ticket last year - yes it was a major. Cancelled her insurance immediately. Then after finding her a new company they went ahead and cancelled my policy. I've never had an accident or a ticket!!! I will be cancelling my home and never doing business with them again - not to mention recommending them

Would not recommend getting a policy with this company. Was in an accident a few weeks ago which was not my fault but going through insurance was like pulling teeth, why are you assigned an adjuster when they don’t respond to you? Emailed and left voicemails multiple times and still no reply weeks later. Emailed head office to put in a complaint and never heard from them either. They’re just in it for the money and not for any type of customer service. Thanks for nothin’
