I had my car in garage as i hit a driver that cut out in front of me. He was in the wrong. it went into dodge saunders collision for work. i called those guys 3 times to tell them there was a clunk in my car in ft end after accident. the 3rd time i spoke with mechanic told him i would have to call my own garage he said go ahead. got car out clunk still there got car looked at damage in front end. Was not there before accident. now this person keeps saying its the mileage and wear and tear on car as to why they wont help me with the bills i been paying since car came out of garqage So why didnt you write it off instead of giving dodge saunder collison 7200.00 ins money. if my car was that old. and high kms. Why would u even put it to get fixed if u knew this. It was high mileage when accident happened. ur decision is costing me lots of money fixing my car. If dodge saunders collision would have looked properly at car it would of seen a cracked bolt in sway bar and bushins separating etc. This was a collision not a little tap. I have sent of letter after letter trying to get it through to people that i told them this 3 times while car was in garage about clunk. My car was never ever like this. i keep my car up. yes its got lots of kms and u guys made a decision to fix it. and now ur excuse not to help is because of wear and tear and high mileage.. it had high milerage on it when u guys made this decicion to fix it. so u all new it was a older car. it has been in garages at least 5 times and still needs to go in on sept 25/ 2023.for damage in ft end again. This has been time consuming leaving work dropping car off getting drives to garages. bill after bill. how do u people think i feel driving this car since its been in this accident. Not very good at all. I use my car for work and drive people around. it needs to b safe. And it was safe til after accident. My car was finished around end of may and i have had it in garages since getting things done. I really dont understand why intact doesnt get it. be different if i didnt call dodge saunders collision but i did. so where does high kms and wear and tear fit in this. It was high kms when u guys reviewed this.after collision. it was high kms when u handed over ins money to fix so why use this excuse now, I sent intact the bills for the car and still say wear and tear high mileage. nothing gets said i called garage 3 times about clunk after accident where is that at hid away somewhere, my broker contacted intact they r still saying wear and tear and another place to contact. This just goes on and on.
Between the trouble Huestis and Echelon has caused me in the last 6 months, I wouldn’t recommend their services to my worst enemy. Could never answer any questions I had with a direct and true answer, changed the amount I was paying on my policy numerous times, couldn’t get ahold of anyone for months, the absolute worst experience I have ever had with insurance in my entire life. Will never return.

If i could give zero stars i would. They're out to sell you insurance you don't need. I would never waste my time contacting them again as when I did before I gave them the date my current insurance renews and was told by the agent I spoke with that she would contact me before that date with the quotes that she found, that day came and she had NOT even contacted me, I called her to see what was going on, no excuse was given, and the next day my insurance renewed, but she knew that previously. Had I not wasted my time waiting for her quotes I could have been out trying to get quotes elsewhere, but she could not give me the common courtesy to even tell me she wasn't interested in just giving me the insurance I wanted, so when I phoned her again (on the day my insurance renews) she tries to sell me a different insurance!! Then, when I flat out said I do not need that insurance she tried to sell me yet another type of insurance I did not even need!! This employee told me she could not find anyone to insure me for the regular type of insurance I currently have by another company! This whole experience was a huge waste of my time, and it basically stuck me for another term of insurance with my current provider, but if I really think about it at least i'm never treated so disrespectfully by my current insurance company! Contacting you people again will never happen by me!
