Paul has been amazing to deal with. It took us a while to find someone that truly understood our needs as a small business. I feel very supported with Paul in our corner. The rest of the team has been friendly and responsive as well. Highly recommend!

I currently updated my banking info with Jenny Hill. (Personal Lines Account Manager). She was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. She even emailed me back later in the day to look at getting a discount by combining my policies and how to possibly get a second discount. This is very unusual for me as no insurance companies have ever shown an interest to help lower my costs.

We were fortunate to have Emma MacKenzie help us with the renewal of our property insurance. She is very knowledgeable and professional and provided excellent customer service.

I am in the midst of getting my first car with not a clue what to do about insurance. I was referred to steer by a family member and I wanted to say that Jenny Hill’s service was phenomenal.
