STAY AWAYY!!!!!!! I open up a policy with Jeff ! Who failed to disclose details about my policy and I had discount which needed to download a mobile app, after not disclosing any of this information with me. I got my first bill and my insurance when up because I lost the discounts. I refused to pay since it wasn’t what I had initially agree on and it was wrong. Jeff was the only person who could cancel, Change my account or do any changes since he was my broker. He was on vacation to china and I was never able to get a hold of him for 2 months to fix this issue. All because of Jeff they put a cancellation for none payment in my record when it was clean. Not to mention I had paid 1200$ dollars in advance to even get policy. This has been the biggest regret, now I am stuck with aviva insurance paying 598$ a month on insurance. Can trust Canada & jeff are very luck haven’t sue them for damages for hiring incompetent people damaging my insurance rates for next 3 years. You better off buying the policy on your own, not dealing with any of this none sense.
