Service charge Scams !! I strongly advise against using Allstate. They impose $50 service charges for missed payments. I lost my credit card and needed to update my billing information, but dealing with their customer service was incredibly frustrating. Despite being on hold for 40 minutes and making several calls over multiple days, I received no assistance. Eventually, I had to email an Allstate executive who helped me update my payment information, but the company still charged me the $50 fee. The lack of responsibility and poor service in handling billing changes is very disappointing. Be cautious and consider these issues before choosing Allstate.
I have had the same car insurance agency for over 20 years. Unfortunately, my agency recently was acquired so wanted to shop around. I remember an agent GAVIN SPENCE, who I talked with years ago. After calling him up, he was the same impressionable man I talked to years ago. He goes that extra mile! He talked me through everything concerning my car coverage. Being a senior I am sure I had alot of stupid questions... but he listened and and took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything. Hats off to GAVIN SPENCE!
