Disappointed with my most recent renewal. I had to chase them for my new documents which they automatically renewed. Infact I had to go to the office to obtain them as they said they were mailed but were not.

(0 Stars) would not recommend this company to anyone. after dealing with them over my father's passing they were unwilling to reimburse the charges in his name back to the date of his death as well as continued payments after alerting them of his passing. even after following banking and legal guidelines recommended to me on how to handle this situation, they denied any compensation or assistance. Please stay clear. Imagine charging a dead man's account, 6 months after his passing, and after the cancellation of the policy went through, than going after their loved ones for a collection agency. to the below comment via their agency, I did speak and reach out to your HQ and your location 2-3 x and never heard back after the complaint of this matter, as was recommended via paralegal & the bank that this was accustomed not to go after the estate for someone dead this long. it is extremely disingenuous and quite scummy of a corporation who did this, I have dealt with McDougall for over 5-10 years with 0 issues along the way.

I have been a client with Whitley Insurance for many years. My broker, Deborah Bailey, has been a huge help on numerous occasions. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. She has helped me deal with both sad and scary situations involving my insurance. I would highly recommend Whitley Insurance.

Caught them charging me "fees" and "service charges" that kept getting added on without me knowing. Then after I canceled they kept charging me for months saying every month "it has been canceled and won't withdraw anymore". This went on for too long so I had to block them from my account. I wrote a review on social media, but they took reviews off the social media page all together because so many people post complaints.

I called in for a quote , and gave info on my busness and was told they could not give me a quote cuz I could not answer the age when roof was done or any questions on a building that was not my business so hung up and called someone else hope your experience is better
