The adjusters who assess the cars are doing underhanded deals with the tow truck drivers and the body shop people, I have been trying to get in contact with my adjuster or anyone at all at all state Trinity Commons and I was constantly faced with being on hold for hours at a time without any answer. I finally got a response months later and they told me I have to pay for the rental when no one was returning my calls and they had my vehicle fixed at a very terribly rated body shop in Brampton. When you look at their reviews, it has other customers who have the same complaint about this Allstate and Trinity Commons, and their adjusters doing these scams . Do yourself a favour and stay away from this location.

I am going to change this company. My daughter got into an accident and they were helpful at the beginning but stopped after a few months. You pay high premiums and when you need them they are of no use. After the accident, they raised the rates to recoup the money they gave out that we already paid for 100 X over. The government is not doing enough to protect the consumer from these vultures!

FRAUDULENT and DISHONEST company. Beware of Pina DiMaio. I had car and home insurance with Pina and due to the rates being higher than other competitors, I shopped around and found more affordable insurance that suited our needs. They were informed that we were not going to renew our policy and they still have the gall to charge twice since our cancellation. I've emailed her and still waiting to get confirmation of a refund. Call customer service at your own risk waiting for someone to pick up.
