I have had my umbrella policy with Tait Insurance for about 30 years. They have always been there for me when l needed them. Recently we did a review due to changes in our life circumstances and Rachelle gave us options on our policies to save on premiums yet retain adequate coverages. Never felt pressured to upsell. This is the best Desjardins Insurance company in the city. I have been dealing with them for a very long time. Lori Defrancesco is my account representative. She has been taking care of our family for many years. She is very professional and always looking out for her clients. Ask for her you won't be disappointed. Here is another reason why they the best, I would like to note. I had an issue with my insurance policy and there was an issue with the new system update. I showed up to their office after they were closed. I was greeted by Wendy Shaw and Mark Tait. They took the time out eventhough they were closed and solved my situation. That was the first time I ever met them and I been with them for over 10 years. This is what I call great customer service. They care and treat you as family. I would recommend everyone to trust this location and the whole team at Susan Tait Desjardins Insurance.
