Sarah and Caitlin are always super helpful when I need to make a change. I had a total loss accident 6 months ago and everything went way smoother than I had imagined it would. My name is Rejean Guenette. I’ve been with this insurance for 3 years now. I’ve been paying what I thought was high insurance after the first year so I decided to look elsewhere for insurance. After finding a better premium I attempted to cancel my premium twice with them and I would not be told what my cancellation fee is. Receptionist was nice, not sure if this is policy not to disclose how they calculate cancellation fee or to even tell how much it is. Doesn’t give me very much confidence that I would get any help if come to need it. Only stayed with them out of fear that the cancelation fee would be enormous. Wouldn’t recommend.

Highly recommend! Excellent customer service - no more waiting on hold to speak to someone. Sarah was amazing and got me an insurance rate for my car that was significantly cheaper than what I was paying. She was super helpful, answered all of my questions and made the process super easy!

I contacted Nate’s office to get my new ATV insured and they promptly got me a quote and I was very satisfied with the numbers. I went ahead with the insurance. Sarah also mentioned life insurance, having a newer home with a 4 year old son I said to myself, I am not covered! After getting a quote I was impressed with the amount of coverage that was included. People always say insurance is insurance but Nate’s office is a phone call away for any questions I may have. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in the insurance industry. The saying is true - you get what you pay for. I have been a customer of Nathan Ackland Insurance for over 10 years. There is something to be said about a piece of mind. I am also so appreciative of the level of service every interaction. If i need anything, changes, questions or problems I can quickly e-mail or call Caitlin and she is able to answer my questions right away and James is fantastic with my investment needs. I highly recommend giving them a call.
