StoneRidge Insurance Brokers 130 Clarence St #201

Not entirely pleased with the service lately. I’ve since left the brokerage but previously had been through 2 advisors, without being notified either time. First time I was in the middle of getting new paperwork after it had been stolen out of my car, took months to get it because the task was left unfinished. Second time I had switched my bank account and emailed my advisor to let him know to pull from the new account, he had quit a month prior and I again, wasn’t notified- not even with something as simple as an automatic reply. Because of this I was slapped with a $50 NSF Fee & told if I refused to pay the NSF I’d have a non payment on my record. Honestly just find a different brokerage. 0/5 stars if possible.

It is always tough to find someone trustworthy in the insurance industry with knowledge and who will spend a little extra time/effort to explain everything and get things done properly the first time.

what a waste of time. they dont answer there phone . called 5 times no response . they wont be getting any business from me thats for sure
