I was shopping around for auto insurance because my policy was canceled for non-payment while I was overseas. OMG what a disaster - never let this happen because you will be treated like some kind of societal outcast and your premiums will be through the roof. While my adulting ability gets a B- I have to give Mark Neuman Agency an easy A+. I called and talked to Casey who was really understanding. Yes my premium did go up, but not nearly as much as what other places quoted me and most importantly Casey was approachable, honest and very knowledgable about the industry.
