If I could give no stars, I would. Have been trying to file a passport application for upwards of three months now, and both times I have gone in (to put in application, and recently to inquire about application, since when I call the number to inquire about it says they can’t take my call and hangs up, and Google shows this location as a passport office) the socially inept podium lady that sits in the back until she feels like she wants to assist the people waiting has been rude, and literally laughed when asked if this was the place to ask about passports and told me to just “deal with the phone number and hope I can get through.” I’ve been trying to get through for three weeks now. Unprofessionalism in the workplace and the workers clearly act like they don’t want to try and be helpful to the people they’re talking to.

Very pleasant staff. We were in an out of the office within 20 minutes and received our passports a week later. Very impressed.

Unimpressed for sure. Waiting now for close to 2 hrs to find out where my passport is. Told an avg wait of 10 days for renewal. Now 22 and counting. There's 4 booths in here but only 2 operating. They should follow Service Ontario's example and have people take a number when entering. Already saw one argument over someone-mistakenly-jumping the queue.

The ladies here really do a great job. Super friendly, helpful and efficient. Went in for a passport renewal, got it delivered to my door 4 days later! Kudos to all others involved too of course.

I'm very impressed/pleased to get my passport renewal processed and delivered by registered mail in only 5 business days from the Brockville site (far shorter than anticipated). Nice building, pleasant representatives and an efficient process - a benchmark for government services. Thank you.... I now have travel options over the holidays!
