I am a relatively new customer with AIM. They helped me find insurance in a difficult situation. The process was quick, the team was responsive and they were able to get me the coverage that I neeeded. I also realized the benefits of dealing with a broker. Rec’d a not so good letter from the insurer which caused me to semi freak out. After reaching out Dan, he was able to get involved and get the situation resolved, soothing I would have been likely to do on my own! I’ve recommended AIM to some friends who have also had similar experiences.

Angela is amazing. Lowest rate amongst 3 brokers. Very good at responding. Had an issue with the insurance company and they were about to fix it in less then 14 hours. I was also able to stay in communication with Angela after hours with my problem. She is fantastic.
