CAA Store - Burlington 3480 Fairview St

This review is specifically for CAA insurance, not the store. The people at the store that tried to help me were amazing but CAA car insurance is horrible!! I was with them for 3 years. I have never made a claim and have no tickets. I did what I though was the right thing and informed them that I had my vehicle wrapped, just plain colored wrap. When I called to let them know they said I had 2 weeks to find a new insurance. The refused to cover my vehicle because it was wrapped. I told them I didn’t want the wrap covered, they still said no. They told me if it was clear it would be fine. If I had it painted it would be fine. But if I wanted to stay on their insurance I would have to remove the wrap. Even the ombudsman was no help. If I could give zero stars I would.

The service was real quick, provided you have all the necessary documents. The staff were super helpful and polite.

I’ve been going to CAA for years now. The staff at this location are always helpful and the service has always been fast. So many great travel products to pick from as well.

Very convenient location, staff are friendly. I needed an international driver's license and they sorted me out there in no time at all. Good place to go for some travel goodies

Terrible service. Cold office,Short staffed, wouldn’t give me discount even though I have an account(card) wife card, for our daughter’s passport. For years and years we only have one card never had issues. No way I’m paying for 2 cards Separately when we live together. I can see if I’m booking a trip I need her in person but it’s our daughter’s passport picture!
