We've been with Debbie for over 20 years for our house and car insurance. It's been a great experience! Debbie is always explaining all aspects of the policy and answers all questions. I highly recommend Desjardins! Communication is always prompt and clear, rates are reasonable, and all kinds of discounts are available for you. It's very easy and fast to reach the agent over the phone and they take time to go over your questions and concerns. Thank you very much, Debbie to protecting us well all these years!

Don't be fooled!!! Yes the ladies are kind and helpful when you call however after 30yrs of being a loyal customer I realized i was being hosed on insurance rates. Within 30 mins I was able to secure home and auto insurance (same policies and deductibles) for $300/mth less than what Debbie and Desjardins were charging me. When I cancelled because they can not match the better rates (even after 30yrs of on time overblown payments) I was told by Corrine that I had to pay two months of premiums as a cancellation fee!!!! After voicing my disgust and disdain I was told this is an industry standard. No credit given for 30YRS worth of premiums and loyalty.... RUN from this company and call SCOOP!

I have to say how impressed I am with Colette and Colise. Colise helped me through the process following the write off of our vehicle and her wonderful, cheery demeanor was appreciated when we added a new vehicle to be insured. I have always had tremendous service from Debbie, Colette, and Colise when dealing with insurance issues.

Switched from another insurance company because unhappy with the service. Found Debbie to be very Straight forward and easy to talk with and explained everything clearly and gave options for a better deal. Spoke recently with Corinne who was also very professional.
