Worst ever customer service rep running the phones. Called back after being hung up on after a 45 minute wait and was told I shouldn’t be so frustrated and given a lecture about how to talk on the phone. Cannot wait to cancel my plan and move to a company that can handle a call load of more than 3 people. Was then hung up on by her and all calls were screened to voicemail. I then called off another cell and was instantly greeted by the witch on the phone

I was looking at the reviews and I was like wow 4.9 out if 5 they must be good that's just not the case and also looking at comments where they are helping people that say it's impossible for them to get insurance but surely enough they do but not in my case apparently they want me to pay upfront for the whole 6 months to a year....insurance companies cannot deny you to be insured and who has that kind of money just laying around. Good thing as I'm looking around the internet I did find a company at a very affordable price and only had to pay 2 months upfront...thanks for not taking the time for me
