I have recently become an Aligned Insurance customer and I thought I would share my experience. My contact with Aligned Insurance is Emily, and I couldn’t be happier honestly! She was super personable and extremely knowledgeable and professional! Very quick to respond to any and all of my questions and inquiries! She found me perfect coverage for our new business and made everything so easy ! The insurance rate was very competitive ( actually the most inexpensive and with the most coverage!!) Brenton was of tremendous help. He spent a lot of time to answer all my questions. At the same time he worked quickly and efficiently while accommodating my very busy schedule. Customer service was great! After a few frustrating weeks dealing with another brokerage, I found Aligned insurance and they got me what I needed within a week of contact.
